Published quarterly. Last updated: June 15, 2026
At AGStealth, we believe you have the right to know how we handle legal demands and government requests. This report is published quarterly and covers every request we have received — and how we responded. Because we operate a strict no-logs policy, we have no user activity data to hand over even if compelled. This is not a promise. It is a technical reality.
As of June 15, 2026, AGStealth has:
If this canary statement is removed or not updated quarterly, treat it as a signal that we have received a secret legal demand. Updated: June 15, 2026.
When we receive requests from law enforcement agencies, we carefully review each request for legal validity. Because we maintain a strict no-logs policy, we have no user activity data, connection logs, IP addresses, or browsing history to provide — even if legally compelled. We will always challenge requests that are overbroad, legally defective, or contrary to user privacy.
We evaluate all government requests against applicable laws and our privacy commitments. We do not proactively share user data with any government. We notify users of requests where legally permitted to do so.
We receive DMCA takedown requests directed at our IP addresses. Since we operate a no-logs VPN, we cannot identify which user (if any) was responsible for flagged traffic. We respond to rights holders explaining our no-logs architecture. We do not terminate user accounts based on unverified DMCA claims.
We comply with valid court orders issued by courts of competent jurisdiction. However, because we have no user activity data, connection logs, or IP assignment records, compliance with a court order results in zero user data being disclosed. We cannot provide what we do not have.
Our VPN infrastructure is built on Xray-core with VLESS+Reality protocol. By technical design, our servers do not write connection logs, activity logs, DNS query logs, or IP assignment records to any storage medium.
