DMCA & Copyright Policy

Our position on copyright

AGStealth respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We prohibit use of our service for copyright infringement and will respond to valid notices of alleged infringement in accordance with applicable law.

No-logs architecture and DMCA

AGStealth operates a strict no-logs VPN service. We do not maintain connection logs, IP assignment records, activity logs, or any data that would identify which user (if any) was associated with a particular IP address at a given time. As a result, we are technically unable to identify users based on IP addresses reported in DMCA notices.

When we receive DMCA complaints referencing our IP addresses, we respond to rights holders explaining our no-logs architecture. We take note of repeated complaints and may take action against our infrastructure if a pattern of abuse is established.

Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice containing:

  • Your full legal name and contact information
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • The IP address and timestamp of the alleged infringement
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed in response to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.

Repeat infringers

AGStealth maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We will terminate accounts upon receiving credible evidence of repeated copyright infringement.
