Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines permitted and prohibited uses of the AGStealth VPN service ("Service"), operated by AG Enterprise. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Permitted uses
✓ Personal privacy protection and secure browsing
✓ Accessing communication apps including VoIP calls for personal use
✓ Bypassing geographic content restrictions for personal entertainment
✓ Protecting your connection on public Wi-Fi networks
✓ Remote work and accessing corporate resources securely
✓ Journalism and research requiring anonymity
✓ Protecting yourself from surveillance and data collection
Strictly prohibited uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities:
Illegal content
- ✕ Distribution, possession, or access of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- ✕ Sharing or accessing content that violates laws in India or your country of residence
- ✕ Accessing or distributing content that promotes terrorism or extremism
Cybercrime
- ✕ Hacking, unauthorized access, or intrusion attempts on any system
- ✕ Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious software
- ✕ Conducting phishing attacks or identity theft operations
- ✕ Network scanning, port scanning, or vulnerability exploitation without authorization
- ✕ DDoS attacks or any form of network disruption
Spam and fraud
- ✕ Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or commercial messages
- ✕ Operating botnets or automated spam systems
- ✕ Credit card fraud, financial fraud, or any form of online scamming
- ✕ Fraudulent advertising or click fraud operations
Service abuse
- ✕ Reselling or redistributing the Service without written authorization
- ✕ Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
- ✕ Attempting to circumvent data limits through technical means
- ✕ Mining cryptocurrency using our servers or bandwidth
- ✕ Running commercial servers or services through our VPN
Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP
- Suspend or terminate accounts found in violation without notice
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving illegal activity
- Disclose information as required by valid legal process
- Take any legal action we deem appropriate against violators
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AGStealth, AG Enterprise, and their officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, losses, penalties, fines, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from or arising out of your breach of this AUP or applicable law through use of the Service.
