We stand behind our service. If you are not completely satisfied with AGStealth VPN within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refund

• Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of initial payment
• Applicable to first-time subscribers only
• One refund per customer
• Account must not have violated our Terms of Service
• Not applicable to renewal payments

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email ag.enterpr@agstealth.com with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your registered email address
3. Include your Razorpay payment transaction ID
4. Briefly describe the reason for your request

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made after 7 days of initial purchase
• Subscription renewal payments
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
• Partial month refunds for cancellations mid-cycle

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
